February, 2026 CanYouVote.com was founded to make Canadian Legislation accessible to ordinary citizens.
We believe democracy depends on transparency and accountability. Elected representatives are responsible for what their Legislation actually does—not just what they say it does. Citizens have a right to independent analysis that reveals the truth.
Our Mission
We read the Bills so you don't have to. We break them down into plain language, identify who gains power and money from each provision and summarize the content for your consideration and comment, perhaps you want to enter a vote or discuss the issues.
Every vote is tallied and published in real-time.
