WHAT IS THIS BILL FOR?

Bill C-15 is so massive it literally cannot be edited and saved in one session. The Government combined two already large Bills into one omnibus package — making it nearly impossible for anyone, including us, to properly review, analyze or hold them accountable in a timely manner.

One vote for everything in this Bill. Pass the Budget or don't.
